Meat will be provided by Heritage Foods USA, a pioneer of the farm-to-table butchery movement.
Executive Chef Nicole Brisson worked with Chef Casella to create a one-night-only twist on our signature dishes. The menu features three Heritage breeds of pig to be tasted side-by-side to note the subtle differences in flavor.
